Grassley does not deserve your vote

Driving around Iowa seeing Grassley yard signs leads me to wonder how a candidate so destructive to our country can be supported by anyone. Sen. Chuck Grassley spreads conspiracy theories! He has to show the Trump base his loyalty. His latest is that the IRS gives their employees “AK-15s“ loaded and cocked to be used on small business owners and middle class Iowans. Such craziness is going to get people killed.

Here are the facts. There are some Americans earning more than $400,000 a year who are not following our tax laws and are cheating us by not paying what they owe. Budget cuts underfund the IRS so they don’t have the personnel to conduct audits on $400,000-plus income earners. The Democrats, under Joe Biden’s leadership, recently passed the Inflation Reduction Act which includes money for the IRS to conduct audits on these people.

It is shocking that a senior senator like Grassley would embarrass Iowans by making such a false, rash, and violent statement. With Trump’s endorsement and campaign donations he has become nothing more than a puppet for him. Grassley has shown his true colors with his vile speech and does not deserve your vote.

Vote for Admiral Mike Franken (ret), who has served his country for 26 years, and elect him as Iowa’s next Senator.
