Grassley believes what campaign donors tell him

Sadly, our U.S. elections require excess amounts of money. The many television ads, signage, travel and accommodations and our long election season all add to the need to raise a lot of money. How much money was Sen. Grassley’s “no” vote for our recent well-qualified Supreme Court nominee worth? Or before that, not even allowing a vote on Obama’s Supreme Court pick? All with flimsy excuses. It has become difficult to know what the candidate actually believes.
