Governor’s advice produces mixed results

Following the advice of our governor from her weekly news conference reported in the Feb. 20 Gazette story, 'See something, say something.”
Here's what I see: Politicians who accept thousands of campaign dollars from the National Rifle Association offering their sympathies and prayers to the families of the massacred children in Parkland, Fla., and the governor's advice for the rest of us to 'be especially vigilant.”
I say we replace those politicians with ones who refuse that money and who will offer something more effective than kind words and advice on how we should be more careful.
