GOP responsible for Obamacare collapse

What does Sen. Chuck Grassley call 70,000 Iowans unable to buy health insurance? Answer, a good start.
Republicans claim Obamacare is collapsing under its own weight. But it required the crushing weight of the GOP elephant to underfund the co-ops, weaken the individual mandate, undermine the risk corridors and refuse commitment to subsidy payments, thus destabilizing the insurance market and provoking the crisis from which they now claim to rescue us.
Why only a good start? In the weeks ahead look for Sen. Grassley's vote to leave 23 million more men, women, and children uninsured. Are these really Iowa values?
