Golding's business acumen a strong asset
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Oct. 22, 2011 12:47 am
The course of our life is determined by the choices we make. Relationships, occupation, principles we live by, what kind of car we drive, where we live and who we choose as leaders are all situations where we hope to make good choices.
Cindy Golding is running to fill the vacated state Senate seat in District 18. As a small-business owner she knows what it takes to create jobs and stimulate economic growth. She believes in fiscal responsibility (don't spend what we don't have).
Her opponents' party is embracing the demonstrations (Occupy) against capitalism and certain CEOs. No one seems to know what form they would use to replace the capitalist system. All they seem to know is someone has more money than they do and they feel entitled to some of that person's money.
Cindy believes that excess regulation limits our liberties and reduces our choices. The best choice for Iowa is Cindy Golding.
