Golding offers good solutions to key issues

Cindy Golding will get my vote for the Iowa Senate on Nov. 8. I like her slogan - “Smart solutions in tough times” - and her positions on key issues.

l She knows how to create jobs because she has created jobs in her businesses.

l She believes in Iowa being a right-to-work state as every worker should have the right to decide whether to join a union and pay union dues.

l She believes in giving our kids the best education possible but doesn't believe simply throwing money into the system is the best way to assure excellence. She wants to help make Iowa No. 1 in education.

l Cindy knows unnecessary and/or overly intrusive government regulations inhibit businesses and cut into profits which, in turn, stymie growth and leave less money for hiring new workers.
