God is helping country with leaders who won

The Obama bashing from Gazette letter writers continues ad nauseam. A July 30 letter complains that “in seven short months (Obama and the Democratic Congress) have done more to damage this great country of ours than ever before.” He concludes with this appeal to the deity: “God help this great country get through the next 3 1/2 years.”
I have a news flash for him. God is helping this great country, and the unfolding of current events is how He's doing it.
You lost the election. The people (and God) have spoken. Please stop your whining and get over it.
