Geese entitled to more humanity than some humans

An interesting and well-written article about how Cedar Rapids handles their Goose problem appeared in the Monday Gazette. (June 26, “Why are there so many Canada geese in Cedar Rapids?”)
In the article it was explained that one way to control the population was to coat goose eggs with corn oil to kill the embryo, but only if the egg has not been incubated for more than 14 days because after that it would cause too much pain to the embryo.
Too bad more people in this world don't feel the same about the life in the human embryo.
