Fund the Trust, and include a sunset date

I voted for the Natural Resources and Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund. I suggest the Legislature and Governor pass a 3/8-cent tax with a 10-year sunset clause.
If the state can show success over 10 years, let's revote it again. I don't trust our government and bureaucracy with unfettered and unending access to all this money.
