Fountains a perfect Noelridge Park addition

We have lived by Noelridge Park for more than 50 years. So many people come to the park for so many activities and just relaxing by the duck pond. Noelridge Park is a place of beauty for everyone.
I feel the park can be even more beautiful if there were a couple of small fountains in the pond. There is something relaxing with watching a fountain, and it also keeps the water free from the scum that forms on stagnant water.
The fountains and the beautiful flowers, trees and benches go hand in hand. Imagine the joy sitting on a bench watching the ducks and geese and the fountain.
