Former military top brass who call Trump ‘fascist’ were no democratic leaders themselves

This might be best understood by those veterans who served in the military as enlisted personnel, rather than those who served as officers. Those who have not served may not understand at all. I am a veteran and am tired of reading about how various generals and admirals who served under Trump find him to be a fascist.
Fascism is a form of authority in which power is held by one authoritarian ruler or a small group. That pretty much describes all military organizations, which makes these high-ranking officers the most fascist.
My belief is some of these high-ranking officers, who are not accustomed to taking orders themselves, were not accustomed to someone like Trump who did not always follow their suggestions. They find this election cycle their chance to get even.
For you enlisted veterans reading this, how many times did you have to “hurry up and wait” because someone didn’t have their stuff together? How many ridiculous situations were you put in only to question who came up with this dumb idea? How many times were you able to question the officers and explain the effect their orders had on those of us carrying out those orders? The answer to that last one is none.
These high-ranking officers are now getting a taste of their own medicine. They are expressing the same opinion toward Trump that I am expressing toward them and they don’t like it. Frankly, I could give a rat's body part what they think.
