Firemen, police thanked for assistance

To the editor:
Thanks to the 911 operators, the EMTs, the firemen and the police officers that we needed help from recently.
It was comforting to have their kind and skillful help. People take them for granted and they shouldn't. They are here to help and they do so quickly and willingly.
I really appreciate that we have such wonderful people in our community.
