Fine, jail those who hire illegal workers

I see Congress is having trouble extending jobless benefits.
There is a simple answer. Fine and jail all who hire illegal aliens. Then 12 million will return to their home, leaving jobs for those seeking jobless benefits. Saving millions of taxpayer money. Two birds with one stone. I have to obey the law, why shouldn't illegals?
