Felix Barta deserves street named after him

For the naming of the street leading to the National Czech & Slovak Museum & Library, I suggest Felix Barta. He was a Cedar Rapids police officer, a fallen hero who lived in the Czech Village area and whose beat included the Village. He was killed at age 51 while responding to a domestic abuse call in the neighborhood.
I am proud to have officiated at his funeral, which was so largely attended it was held in the Memorial Coliseum.
Everyone in the Village knew and respected Barta. Let's honor him.
