Fagan understands how to lead in hard times

The flood and the economy have dealt Cedar Rapids, our country and our state a difficult hand. Brian Fagan has the skill set to successfully draw the next cards and win the game for us all. He has the perspective to know that many parties will need to reach agreement and many resources will need to be found and used.
Recent events have reinforced his skills in making informed and timely decisions. Brian understands that the development of the right kind of jobs is a primary answer to our success.
