Experience really isn’t that important

To the editor:
The Dec. 14 letter 'Hillary Clinton will lead with experience” describing Hillary Clinton's prior experience caught me a little off guard, because I do not recall any of the remaining dozen or so candidates having ever held the office of president of the United States.
Along those lines, if experience was really all that important; we never would have landed on the moon.
