Evolution argument evokes embryo lesson

Every time I see a letter denouncing evolution, I think back to my sixth-grade science class where the teacher projected a picture of six embryos on the screen. He then asked us to identify which one was human. By a show of hands, the pig came in first place, the turtle second and the human third.
Perhaps we should encourage the National Science Foundation to fund a search for a transitional species fossil of a biped with a shell and a snout.
