I’ll get the obvious out of the way first. Sen. Joni Ernst is self-aggrandizing. She is a uniparty, neocon, globalist. She is so deep in the swamp I can smell her from here.
The Gazette states in an editorial that Ernst was elected to represent Iowans. I couldn’t agree more. Iowans voted overwhelmingly for President Donald Trump. A 13-point victory!
I emailed and called her offices to let them know that under no circumstance will we allow this opposition to happen. Trump did not tell her how to staff her office, and I’ll be damned if she’s going to tell him who he should or shouldn’t appoint. I advised her to consent to ALL his picks or she will be turfed out, primaried and she will lose.
DC is freaked and in a meltdown. Buckle up boys, this is going to be a fun ride.
