Ends justify means in the eyes of radicals

The FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago, two failed impeachment efforts, Big Tech social media censorship of the Biden family’s financial collusion with China fit the same theme: “The end justifies the means.”
Similarly, when our Southern border is inundated with illegals, sex trafficking criminals, and controlled by drug cartels; when over 500 riots hit cities in 2020; when criminals were arrested, bails lifted and offenders released; when leaders target traditional patriots as “domestic terrorists,” label protesters “insurrectionists,” hire 87,000 new IRS agents to do whatever big government wants; when mobs threaten justices and members of Congress; radicals decide it’s OK because “The end justifies the means.”
Translation: it doesn’t matter what’s right, constitutional, legal or best. If it doesn’t fit the radical will of the ruling powers, they cast whatever is traditional, patriotic, even Biblical as “hate,” “anti” or “phobic.” Such radicals euphemize killing pre-born babies as “reproductive rights” while destroying reproduction. Schools accept new gender identification, puberty blockers or surgical reassignment — all threatening free speech and biological protections in bathrooms and sports, potentially resulting in regret and suicide. What once was condemned as body mutilation is now “gender transition.” This practice is akin to “female genital mutilation” rightly condemned by a previous Gazette editorial.
No American deserves unjustified home invasions or property confiscation by a weaponized FBI, CIA, or police for disagreement or exposing corruption. Regardless of party proclivity, we should be alarmed by an evolving police state and oppose “justified” means that can end our republic.
