Employees should be given same offer

To the editor:
Many of us outside Linn County aren't much concerned about how much you pay your Linn County Board of Supervisors. We are more concerned about which ones on the board want to pay employees to attend a lecture at the new Cedar Rapids Mosque while on pay by Linn County, as The Gazette published.
Are you going to make the same offer to pay employees to attend Christian churches?
