Ellis revitalization area needs to have limits

Ellis overlay district is a very good idea. It will enhance the neighborhood with single-family homes and small businesses.
Part of the Ellis overlay district is in the flood protection construction revitalization area. The construction revitalization area needs to be limited to the east side of Ellis Boulevard up to Penn Avenue, then west to Eighth Street, then to Ellis Lane.
