Elitist attitude from D.C. is not best

The biggest political change in 72 years took place on Nov. 2.
Yet, in listening to President Obama's news conference following the election, he still thinks it was “just” the economy. Ten times he went back to the car in the ditch and what he inherited. The car may have been in the ditch, but Americans are telling him the car is going over the cliff now.
How much clearer can it be that the leadership of Obama/Nancy Pelosi/Harry Reid the last two years was not the direction Americans wanted? No foreign policy, spending, Obamacare, taxes, government in our lives, anti-business climate, socializing this great country of ours - and on.
Only 11 percent of Americans support our Congress. In exit polls, 16 percent of voters supported Obamacare, 84 percent wanted repeal or change.
The president didn't get it. This elitist/arrogant attitude that Washington knows what's best for us continues. It may take another “message” in 2012 to right the ship and bring our great country back to the people!
