Education on roundabouts needed

With the City of Cedar Rapid’s obsession with roundabouts, maybe the paper could do a story on the traffic rules and etiquette for using them. Too many treat them the same way as a four-way stop. When people know how to use them, and they are large enough to function as intended, they are good. Cedar Rapids forgets the “big enough” part of the equation.
