Edgewood Road drivers need to change behavior

I'm hoping that the city of Cedar Rapids installs a huge sign that shows people how to get onto Highway 30 East from Edgewood Road. It's amazing how many people still use the off ramp on the east side of Edgewood, making it a dangerous area to be traveling. They either can't read or just can't conform to change. Post more officers to issue more tickets.
