Driver responsible for speeding ticket

I recently visited another Iowa city with traffic cameras.

I recently received a letter with an excellent photo of the back of my car and its license plate and notice of a fine due for speeding.

I am writing to admit my lead foot. I was traveling over the limit. I have paid the fine.

I will revisit that city again. I am now aware of the cameras and will drive accordingly.

Just wanted to let people know that not everyone blames a city for one's driving habits.
