Dr. Ghosh is an excellent doctor

The thing that bothers me the most about Dr. Chirantan Ghosh and Physicians' Clinic of Iowa is that the real losers are the patients and families.
I can understand why they may not want Dr. Ghosh on staff. He is an excellent doctor who is not driven by corporate policy or profit. I find it hard to believe that this remarkable man could do anything so bad that they would want to keep him from doing what he does best and that is take care of patients and families.
PCI did what they had to do because he apparently was not a fit for their corporation.
I doubt his past or current patients will be choosing PCI for cancer treatment but I will have a problem choosing them for any medical care and I am sure that all or most of his patients feel the same way.
PCI should rethink the terms of Dr. Ghosh's termination and allow him to take care of his patients without worry of legal issues imposed by PCI.
If Dr. Ghosh is not allowed to practice locally, we will find him. We all have more important things on our minds as we work through the medical and personal impact as cancer patents and survivors. Losing Dr. Ghosh will be devastating to his patients and the many other causes that he supports.
