Don't let those with disabilities fall through cracks
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Nov. 28, 2010 10:50 am
Think about this: If you or anyone in this society has not had firsthand experience with being disabled, blind, deaf or, through some medical reason, can't speak, why are people in this scenario being denied the services they need?
Would it truly cost that much more to make sure that not one person here falls through the cracks or is left out because of age, race, creed or religion, like the Constitution of the United States says? If we who fall into this category are doing something wrong, please let me know.
