Did Trump actually keep his ‘promises?’

Many of Donald Trump's strongest Iowa supporters (especially evangelicals) say they're for him because he "kept his promises."
Let's look at the three biggest promises of his 2016 campaign:
1. He'd build a border wall that Mexico would pay for. Didn't happen.
2. He'd replace Obamacare with a "big, beautiful" health care program that would cover everybody, at less costs. Didn't happen.
3. He'd propose a bold, massive infrastructure plan to upgrade and repair our highways, bridges, airports, railways, and river transport. Didn't happen. (Note: this did happen under Joe Biden. It's called the Bipartisan Infrastructure Deal or Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.)
Oh, and those "promises" he made to three different wives? We know how that turned out.
