Did Hinson read Trump indictment before denouncing it?

Rep. Ashley Hinson’s comments on Donald Trump’s most recent indictment show how far she has gone into the fever swamp. The indictment filed in Washington, D.C. alleges Trump tried to obstruct the certification of the 2020 election through numerous illegal acts. These acts were done in an attempt to subvert the votes of millions of people. The special counsel based these charges on the testimony of dozens of officials almost all of whom were Republican members of Trump’s administration, including Vice President Mike Pence.
Rep. Hinson calls the charges the “weaponization” of the Justice Department. One wonders if she has had the courage to read the indictment before making this comment. Likely not.
