Dems’ posturing insult to ‘American way’

Oct. 4, 2018 7:15 am
The Democratic Party attacks Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh based on ancient, unsubstantiated accusations involving sexual assaults on women. Yet, the same party has been silent regarding allegations against U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison of Minnesota, who now is running for state attorney general and is the deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee.
In addition, can anyone recall Republicans preventing the families of Democratic politicians from eating dinner in a public restaurant? Can anyone recall Republicans stopping traffic or preventing liberals from speaking on university campuses?
To add to the insults of the American way, the Democratic Party willingly diminishes that fundamental strength of our American democracy: One is innocent until proven guilty.
When the rule of law is ignored, our nation suffers.
