Democrats — attend your caucus, too

Do you like having your rights and freedoms taken away by politicians who don’t care about you? Do you want to take a stand for yourself and your family? You don’t have to wait for the 2024 elections. Attend your local Iowa caucuses. The Iowa caucuses are an opportunity to act now!
No need to travel to Des Moines to make your voice heard. It takes no more than one Monday evening to meet with like-minded neighbors right in your own community.
At caucus, you can submit resolutions that address issues important to you. You can elect delegates to your county convention — or become a delegate yourself! You have the power to shape policy in Iowa and nationally. You might find that you have a natural talent for it. Remember, you don’t have a right to complain if you do nothing to change your situation.
Attend your local caucus to defend your freedoms! Do it for your family, your community, and your country!
Bob Tierney, chair of the Linn County Progressive Caucus, wrote in an email, “[We] will not give up on Iowa and this would be a good time to start the process. So, if you're still bummed about the last election cycle, take the time to get involved and see how you can help. We must stop the supermajority rule from stripping our civil rights in the name of religion.”
Iowa caucuses are at 7 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2024. Democrats, find your caucus location at www.iowademocrats.org/2022-caucuses/.
