Democrat Reid blocking action

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said he would not bring anything that the House sends him to the floor, unless it is what he wants. So, it isn't just the Republicans who are not doing their job. The House cannot do much when Reid will not.
It's not supposed to be just one party that gets everything it wants.
So when Democrats will not look, bring forth a vote, then it is not the Republicans' fault for not getting things done in Washington.
