In regards to the letter from Larry Hodgen, Tipton, dated Dec. 14, I very strongly support the democracy that I think has a very good chance of slipping away under the newly elected regime of donald j trump and jd vance and their cohorts. And no, I will not capitalize their names. They are little people with delusions of grandeur!
I seriously cannot believe that they want to impose rules such as are written in Project 2025. Eliminate the federal Department of Education? That's just one example. Ok, no, I haven't read the full text of Project 2025, but it is said that is something they want to do.
Further, trump wants to be pals with all of the world’s strong-arm dictators. This would be a move that would make our allies shy away from us, and possibly no longer want to be our friends.
Is this what we really want to happen in the next four years? Or, God forbid, longer?
Come on people, wake up and snap out of it!
