Delivery inconsistencies disappoint new subscriber

I recently (3 weeks ago) subscribed to The Gazette for home delivery. In this short amount of time, the delivery person has failed to deliver my paper to me four times. Twice just this week. Each time I call to report this, the customer service person informs me that the delivery supervisor will be contacted. It appears that contacting this supervisor is doing no good. Is this the type of service I can expect from The Gazette? Someone, somewhere in your organization, needs to rectify this issue. The person who does the actual delivery, needs to be told to either get their head in the game, or to seek employment elsewhere. This many delivery failures is completely unacceptable.
