Current system works for voting

Ken Thimmesch (“Pay attention to who's opposing voter ID laws,” Aug. 14 letter) must not read the paper to which he writes his opinion or he would know that recent research of national voting discovered only one case of voter fraud in every 15 million votes.
Seems to me we have a pretty good system now without adding restrictions making it more difficult for some folks to vote.
