CR council: cut off outside consultants

The Cedar Rapids City Council is going to hire yet another consultant regarding the Cedar Rapids Public Library. Is there a lack of intelligence on our council? The council should think, not just authorize spending taxpayers' money for someone else to do the thinking and find a solution.
I offer the solution for the council to do some thinking on their own and to use the help of citizens of Cedar Rapids as a team to solve their problems. They need to stop passing so much money to outside consultants.
