COVID-19 vaccination: Kudos to UIHC

Despite all of the negative and frustrating things you hear and read, I need to share a very positive experience with UIHC in Coralville.

In late January I received a phone call from UIHC to schedule my first shot.

When my husband and I arrived on Feb. 3rd, the police were there directing traffic for the sea of people. Hundreds had been scheduled for every 10 minutes.

The organization, efficiency, and professionalism was amazing. It was totally effortless for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

UIHC personnel should be proud of their excellence! I congratulate and thank all of them.
