Court bullied Iowans on same-sex marriage

The Supreme Court bullied Iowans when it essentially declared a new marriage law and ordered Iowans to follow it.
The court clubbed us with “rule of law” as it misused and exceeded its constitutional authority.
Bullies are always surprised when their victims fight back. But Iowans fought back in 2010 and will do so again this year. After pushing us around in 2009, Justice David Wiggins now calls us bullies for standing up to him (Des Moines Register, May 13). Has he forgotten who started this fight?
