Cortez a good listener, does the right thing

Our family has been friends of Carl Cortez and family for more than 40 years. He is a great family man. Carl is willing to listen to anyone who has an opinion or wants to be heard. He may not agree but will listen and make the right decision that will benefit everyone, not just a few.
He cares about the city and instead of just complaining wants to be a part of doing the right things for the city and the citizens.
