Corridor’s children are the future
The Gazette Opinion Staff
Aug. 23, 2011 1:47 pm
Child welfare agencies, like Four Oaks, want to make certain our children become successful adults. Organizers of the Corridor Goes Casual for Kids project do, too. Corridor businesses, public agencies and other organizations can simply collect $5 from their employees who want to dress casually or wear jeans to work on Sept. 1.
All proceeds for the event will go to non-profits. More information: www.corridorgoescasualforkids.com.
Four Oaks salutes and thanks Paul Phelan, the leader of this project, in his efforts to bring attention and support to our future: children of the corridor.
