Coronavirus screening needed

As people need to buy essential supplies and food, any heavy-handed stay at home orders will be ineffective. More helpful would be for the public health department to set up screening tables at centers where people meet (the entrances of Walmart, Hy-Vee, etc.). The screening could be by questions and temperature checks now, and with rapid testing when available. I, and I am sure others, would be glad to help with this.
I would also suggest statewide mandatory screening of all health care workers entering any health care facility. If this is not done we will continue to kill off our nursing home patients. Health care workers are notorious for ignoring guidelines and coming to work sick.
