CoOportunity was doomed to fail

To the editor:
The collapse of CoOportunity Health was easily predictable.
Coventry, and its members, would possibly be in same boat were it not for the deep pockets of Aetna. Plain and simple, if Obamacare is transfer of wealth for affordable health insurance, how could it possibly be left without endless reserves as a startup?
Imagine what would happen to Medicare contractors if they had the same restraints in funding. Any insurance professional will tell you that a plan without entry rules, good spread of risk, or funding, is doomed for failure.
A serious question is how CoOportunity was allowed to start in the first place. Hopefully, legislators won't have to look far for the inexcusable failure here.
