Conlin a 'breath of fresh air'

The Gazette's endorsement of Sen. Chuck Grassley (Oct. 20) seemed to be saying, “Hold your nose and vote for Grassley.”

I prefer a breath of fresh air, so I have voted for Roxanne Conlin, who has worked tirelessly for the rights and welfare of mainstream Iowans.
