Commission should protect gamblers

I wonder how much money is enough? If Dan Kehl is willing to spend millions to stop a Cedar Rapids casino, he must be making multimillions of dollars from what he has invested in the casinos he has now. If he is willing to spend this kind of money to stop Cedar Rapids, how much money is he making?
I believe the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission should make sure the person with the license is honest and has no criminal background. The commission should be the protector for the people who like to gamble.
