Cole’s absence felt when her column takes a day off

I was sorely dismayed on Sunday, Aug. 20, to read The Gazette and look for my favorite article in the entire newspaper, a column by Althea Cole! Her work was absent! I hope Althea is lounging on a beach, rejuvenating in preparation for researching, questioning, and writing another viewpoint that represents the conservative perspective. I missed her voice!
Her columns are meticulously investigated, and she always teaches and reaches this reader, whatever the subject. Whether it is border security, school voucher explanation, or legal irregularities in the political system, I always feel smarter after reading her columns. And in the other regular Sunday Gazette column, I so tire of reading Kim Reynold's name taken in vain in the lead in every other post presented.
Return, Althea!
