Climate change is a scare tactic

To the editor:
For all the Chicken Littles out there, climate change is a big hoax and politically motivated by those attempting to gain power and wealth by promoting it. The major media, radical
environmentalists and politicians in government supporting it decide what conclusion to reach, then fabricate 'facts” to support them.
The origin of the global warming agenda began in the 1970s when Great Britain's Margaret Thatcher sought to make her country less dependent on Middle East oil and lessen effects of strikes by coal miners, in order to promote clean nuclear energy instead. She offered government money to scientists if they could show that oil emissions and burning coal were responsible for global warming. Her efforts were the basis for the formation of an international body under the auspices of the United Nations called IPCC (International Panel on Climate Change).
When the Soviet Union collapsed, the Left was unable to validate a case for socialism, so it adopted environmentalism as its means of warring against capitalism. By claiming that carbon dioxide produced by industry was responsible for global warming, the Left now had the means to attack capitalism and economic development and redistribute wealth through cap-and-trade legislation, with the wealthy nations being forced to buy carbon credits in order to operate in poorer countries where they could set up industrial operations and freely emit CO2.
Climate change is nothing but a scare tactic conducted by internationalist elitists to manipulate the gullible for achieving a political agenda, period!
