City only interested in making money

To the editor:
If the City of Cedar Rapids was interested in safety, they would have photo radar signs that are 4 x 8 with blinking lights on them so you could read them. The mayor and City Council are only interested in money and making visitors to the pothole city wish they had never come to our city.
We need to drive safely through town, but our photo traps are a disgrace.
