Cedar Rapids needs a better senior center

Cedar Rapids cannot truly be a City of Five Seasons until the City Council steps up to the plate and helps fund an adequate senior center.
The small town of Vinton has a senior center and Iowa City has one as close as we could hope for. If the city, Linn County and business people cannot help fund a senior center, then maybe they should tear down the Tree of Five Seasons, for it is false advertisement. It does not represent the people who built the great City of Cedar Rapids.
