Camera has been turned on Cedar Rapids police

The irony and timing of the photograph of a policeman allegedly caught napping in his squad car is incredible.
Cedar Rapids administrators and police are fining anyone their ever-watching traffic cameras catch speeding, edging past the lines, or running red lights at the intersections of choice. Are our cameras catching city employees are not to be taken seriously?
We may have the answer here for those who object to the traffic cameras. Whenever you head out the door, grab your camera or make sure your phone is ready to snap photos catching photos of things your fair city may not want to have photographed. Send photos of your favorite city employee or activity to the city for them to judge whether the behavior is appropriate (and send a copy to The Gazette, too, just in case).
