C.R., Linn not the only entities hurt by floods

It seems to me that Cedar Rapids feels it is the only city and Linn County the only county in Iowa. All over, Iowa was hit by the flood of 2008.
What if every county asked for the state to divert a portion of state sales tax? You are not the only people in Iowa. If you can, others should be able, which opens the gates for every county.
Cedar Rapids, use your FEMA money and quit crying over spilled milk.
